Visions2030 is back in Los Angeles! Join us, Saturday, April 26th, from 1 PM - 6PM along with artists, activists, and community leaders for Earth Edition Remix, a one-day gathering exploring how immersive art, Indigenous knowledge, and multi-faceted, action-oriented experiences can offer bold alternatives to climate anxiety and fear-based messaging. We’ll kick things off with a community reception with refreshments and tacos, followed by an opening conversation with key Earth Edition collaborators—including Chad Hamill / čnaq’ymi, Leslie Labowitz, Carey Lovelace, and John Threat—moderated by Yona Backer. Highlights of the day: John Threat’s newest film, a special installation of Zukunft Garten (a radical solarpunk environment), and a gallery walkthrough with artists from the Nature on Notice exhibition, who will share insights into their work. We’ll close with a mixer and collective reflection in the garden. Admission is free of charge with RSVP. Presented in conjunction with Nature on Notice, part of the Getty’s PST ART: Art & Science Collide initiative.
